Product obtained from the distillation of unpressured pomace in indirect steam stills (discontinuous system).

This method allows the preservation of the typical characteristics and fragrances of the original vine.

Visual sensations: clear, transparent.
Olfactory sensations: elegant, fragrant, soft and harmonious vein.
Gustatory sensations: very fine, round, rightly persistent.

Definition

A grappa with a balanced taste and aroma, soft and fragrant with the youthfulness of freshly drawn wet pomace.
Best served at a temperature of 14-16°C.
